On 17 and 18 November, 2009, a training was held in handling dynamic portals (cms, PHP Joomla!) within the capacity building of Youth Offices’ coordinators from 10 target municipalities (IOMyouth online - - - website administration - - - professional web browsing) in Novi Sad at the ARTA Hotel.
