On September 26th and 27th 2009 in the premises of Local youth office of the Municipality of Ivanjica, the workshop on Conflict resolution was organized within the IOM project “Strengthening Serbia’s human capital through the active involvement of young people”. According to the comments of the participants, new knowledge acquired during this workshop will be useful for application in everyday life and will improve their views as well. Like the previous workshops from the psychosocial block, this one also helped the coordinator of the office get to know his present and future associates better and it helped the participants  get closer to each other and accept one another with all their differences. More and more young people want to acquire knowledge and skills from various fields that are offered to them through the youth workshop program within the project.

On September 5th 2009 in the premises of Local youth office of the municipality of Ivanjica, the workshop “Ball under masks” was realized within IOM project “Strengthening Serbia’s human capital through the active involvement of young people”. Eighteen young people took part in the workshop,eight boys and ten girls,  from 16 to 23 years of age. The workshop was gladly accepted by the participants and through the work itself not only did they express their creativity but also their imagination in conceiving the stories related to the masks. Through the work, the young expressed their character traits, their emotions and team work. I think that this workshop was very impressive for the participants primarily because the first part of the workshop is connected with games and their creativity. What they say was:“ It is nice to recall childhood.“

The participants particularly expressed their talents through dramatic presentation of their stories made on the characters that their masks represented. After this workshop,judging by the questionnaire about further realization of the workshops,  most of  these young people expressed their wish to join the realization of the IOM project.
